Database - using a database to store your data has many advantages over using silos such as Excel spreadsheets.  Data stored centrally can be accessed securely by members of staff as defined by their staff roles.

Central Secure Filing System - using a centralised, secure filing system documents can be managed more easily ensuring that everyone has access to the latest and correct documents.  Documents can be secured against staff roles or to individual members of staff, providing fine-grain security access.

Data Lists and Grids - using data lists and grids it is possible to show all sorts of staff and team related information such as a Staff Directory, or a list of Assets for asset management.

Electronic Forms - using secure electronic forms data can be captured and edited and viewed easily.  The database is used to store the data with access given only to Staff using Staff Roles.

SMS - Inbound and outbound SMS message is used to send messages to staff - this can be ad-hoc, sending a message to a group of people, or it can be used as part of a reminders system, for example, reminding staff of a task they must complete.  Staff can reply to messages to signal a result, such as "Task Completed", or "Arrived", etc.

Emails - The system can send emails automatically or when certain activities have been completed. 

Chatbot - Chatbots can be used to answer staff questions.  A knowledge base can be loaded into the chatbot, allowing the chatbot to help staff find the information they are looking for.  Chatbots can also be used to provide automated services such as allowing a member of staff to request a holiday.
